- HOTEL BOOKINGS -

 

Check In / Early Arrival Policy

Check-in is from 3pm. You may request an early check in, subject to availability we will try to accommodate your request, however please note it is not guaranteed unless addition fee is paid

 

Check Out / Late Departure Policy

Check-out time is 11 am. If you wish to store your luggage at reception until you leave the hotel you may do so by informing the reception staff. If you require a late departure please let reception know a day prior, charges may apply.

Prepayment Policy

A Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation. No charges will be debited in advance except in the event of non- arrival or late cancellation. In either event the amount of your first night's accommodation will be charged to your Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is 2 days prior to arrival by 12.00 noon.

 

Group Bookings (9 rooms or more)

 Prepayment Policy

A Credit Card is required to guarantee the reservation. No charges will be debited in advance except in the event of non- arrival or late cancellation

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the reservation or part of the reservation can be made free of charge up until 4 weeks prior to the first day of arrival.

Any changes or cancellations made within 4 weeks and up until 12pm 7 days prior to the first day of arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cancelled accommodation value.

Any other changes or cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged full reservation value for the entire stay.

In case of no-show – if a guest does not show up for the hotel room as per the reservation – this will be charged for full reservation value for the entire stay.

It is the responsibility of the organiser to ensure that everyone involved in the reservation is aware of above mentioned cancellation policy. 

Definition ”Reservation Value” - The total amount for the entire reservation, including conference rooms, hotel rooms, meals, any additional equipment or services ordered. 

 

Non-Flexible “Saver” Rate

Prepayment and Cancellation Policy

A credit or debit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable payment.

 
 

- CHRISTMAS PARTY -

 

I.        A deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the booking when dining from one of our Festive menus.

II.        All deposits will be redeemed against the final cost of your bill.

III.        All deposits will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of the booking date.

IV.        A deposit of £5 per person will be forfeited if a guest is a no-show

V.        Guest numbers can be amended within reason up to 8 hours before the booking arrival time with no loss of deposit, after this time £5 deposit per person will be forfeited if numbers are reduced.

VI.        Please note no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. We can hold your enquiry for 7 days, after which it will be automatically released.

VII.        A pre-order will be required and must be sent back to the Customer Engagement Team no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. Please note we cannot guarantee to accommodate your pre-order requirements if this deadline is not adhered to.

VIII.        All prices are inclusive of VAT. For groups of 8 or more, a 10% service charge will be added to your final bill. This goes directly to the team who serve you on the day.

IX.        We do not guarantee areas or specific table requests, however, we shall endeavour to accommodate requests where possible.

X.        Payment of your deposit confirms you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of booking.

XI.        Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.

 
 

- CHRISTMAS DAY -

 

I.        A 50% deposit is required per person, to secure your booking for Christmas day. The Balance will be due week commencing 1st December. At the time of enquiry, please let us know how many adults and children are in your group.

II.        All deposits are non-refundable

III.        Please note no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received. We can hold your provisional booking for 72 hours, otherwise can automatically release.

IV.        A pre-order will be required and must be sent back to the Customer Engagement Team by Thursday 12th December. Please note we cannot guarantee to accommodate your pre-order requirements if this deadline is not adhered to.

V.        All prices are inclusive of VAT. A 10% service charge will be added to your final bill. This goes directly to the team who serve you

VI.        We do not guarantee areas, or specific table requests, however we shall endeavour to accommodate such requests where possible.

VII.        Payment of your deposit confirms you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of booking.
